He was so professional and reassuring, over 10 years of being mistreated by medical professionals had made me very skeptical and biased. Dr. Shetty changed my views, there is goodness in the profession. Would really recommend it to anyone who is just suffering in pain with no answers.

Questions solved

%{Count} solved patients' doubts in Doctoralia

  • I have very bad arthritis in my knees and am at present taking arthrexin twice daily - can I take tramadol as well?

I agree with Dr Briggs about the two medications not having much interactions, but Tramadol can interact with a lot of other meds if you use any, ideally You need to consult your doctor and make sure this a suitable option for you. Tramadol has a higher side effect profile hence it should be used cautiously.

  • Es tramadol an opioid?

Tramadol is an opioid analogue-a compound which works on the same receptors as opioids -Mu receptors-among others. Hence it shares a lot of effects and side effects to Morphine like drugs.
