Sevikar is a combination of the drugs amlodipine and olmesartan.
Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker, and these are associated with erectile dysfunction, although this is a rare side-effect (between 1:100 and 1:1000 affected).

Olmesartan is an angiotensin-II receptor blocker, and these have very few significant side-effects, and erectile dysfunction is not listed as one of them.

Having said that, erectile dysfunction can also be caused by other factors, and may be due to cardiovascular disease or diabetes.

You must discuss this with own doctor further, prior to considering stopping the medication.
