You can take comfarol forte (paracetamol+codeine) for pain after bladder cancer surgery.

It is best to stick to simple analgesics like paracetamol, Ibuprofen etc for any pain as much as possible. If pain not under control, you can use opioids like codiene.

Discuss with your GP or surgeon if your pain is still not under control with simple analgesics alone after 10 days of surgery.
