Lucy is one of the kindest doctors I have yet to meet. She explains exactly what is going on and what she is doing. She also takes the time to listen . She is very good and very capable in her chosen profession.

A
exacerbation of asthma

My lifelong asthma was no longer controlled. For past 12 months I was dependent on prednisolone to have a reasonable breathing capacity. My feet face and stomach swelled with fluid I had hot sweats and extreme lethargy. Lucy did a barrage of lung and blood tests and suggested it could be my heart.
Could be improved: She referred me to a cardiologist who did another barrage of tests on my heart. I have cardiomyopathy with diseased heart muscles. Hence the symptoms I thought were all from asthma was incorrect. What an amazing doctor to think outside the square. She is my hero and I am very grateful to her.
