  • Question about Anger management

My son is 15 and has always had a temper when not hearing what he wants to hear, would anger management be the way to go? He explodes, punches walls, or slams doors, its like he doesn't know how to react to his anger. Please advise, as he is taller than me now, very strong and quite threatening.

It is relevant to look at whether the behaviour occurs only at home or elsewhere too (i.e., at school). I agree that a psychologist is well placed to do a full assessment through the collection of information from your son's teachers, you, and your son himself.
