Could be improved: If you make appointment and on time you expect dr to be roughly on tim and not double book you with 10 other people for same time I saw this dr see 2 people who where 30 to 45 mins after my appointment time go in and see him , i went up to the reception and asked have you forgotte me after 11/4hr

I went for a routine skin check and Dr Cawley picked up a tiny mole on my leg that I thought had been there a long time and looked normal. But, Dr Cawley wasn’t happy with it so removed the mole and it happened to be a melanoma in its earliest stage, so I have now been cured of this thanks to Dr Jay
Could be improved: Would be amazing if Dr Cawley started doing more skin checks in other areas like at the Smithfield practice.

I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE AWKWARD WITH HIM BEINGE A MALE BUT IT TOTALLY WASNT. HE DID AN AMAZINGLY THOROUGH JOB WHILST REMAINING PROFRESSIONAL BUT YET STILL FRIENDLY. DEFINITELY THE MOST COMFORTABLE PAP SMEAR IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Could be improved: NOT MUCH, PERHAPS SOME EXTRA APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH JAY SOMETIMES.

I’ve now seen Dr Ballestro a number of times and find him to be so easy to talk to and also very kind and attentive and extremely thorough which is a change from the usual GP visits. He has quite an accent and is softly spoken but I really recommend him.
Could be improved: The waiting area (Cairns practice) is very crammed otherwise I see problems

Dr Bellestro is very easy to talk to, caring, thorough and listens to you and answers any questions you may have. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to see him with any health concerns they may have.
