Dr Adam went over and above what was necessary, to provide for me - in giving me a complete and thorough dental treatment.
He and his reception were always polite, and respectful and also punctual. He will be missed at MLC, and has now relocated his practice to Brisbane. Much Appreciated. C.James

Location: Private practice

I have attended Dr Adam Alford. He is excellent & in a very central location in Sydney. I have needed his care because I never attended a Dentist for years because I considered it a non essential expense. Adam & his staff are gentle, friendly & kind without being overly familiar. HE IS THE BEST.

  • Question about Tooth infection

I'm experiencing some extremely bad toothache no pills are working nothing what can I do?

Tooth aches can be caused from multiple issues but the most common is a large hole in the tooth that has infected the living tissue inside the tooth (the nerve and blood supply) initially yo reduce pain I would start antibiotics they usually take about 24hpurs to work. Also seek a dentists opinion for further advice on treatment. The antibiotics will reduce pain but not solve problem the pain will come back even worse if not treated.
