Dr Zagarella has proved to be very thoughtful and thorough whenever I have attended his clinic. If behind time I have been advised by his staff and it has always related to an emergency. It pays to wait for quality.

Have waited over an hour to see Sam in the past. He also has been slightly rude to me.
After booking an appointment for 12:30, we waited until 3pm before we left without seeing the DR. When we were 5 minutes late in the past, we were told to leave.
