The practice has NO EMAIL. Created problems for me on several occasions. Turns a very simple information exchange into a headache. Average otherwise.
Patient that sees Dr. Lora Gurney at Clifton Hill Medical Group
I am a medical doctor myself. I have been attending this practice for 3 years. Reception staff very pleasant. The clinic is clean and bright. I've never had to wait very long. Lora is a real lady and a very solid doctor.
I have atttended this practice for around 15 years. Each of the doctors I have seen was excellent, however over the last few years, the practice seems to have become overtly focused on $$$$.
Every time I call with a sick child they encourage me to come; even at 8pm. I never feel rushed but never wait too long. All the staff are terrific!
